OptoMed is a boutique optometry practice in Norwood known for its personalised care, curated eyewear, and attention to detail. We’re looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser who takes pride in delivering a world-class patient experience.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the Optometrist as the key point of contact for patients - guiding them from booking to eyewear collection. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll manage everything front-of-house, from helping clients choose frames to processing lens orders.

Part Time up to 32hrs a week. $28 - $35/hr

You’ll:

• Dispense premium eyewear, including Hoya and Essilor lenses
• Manage bookings, calls, and administrative tasks
• Deliver genuine, detailed care to every patient
• Represent boutique brands with confidence and style

About You

Whether you already have optical experience or come from a strong retail, fashion, or customer service background, you’re someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and creating positive experiences.

You’re confident helping customers find eyewear that not only suits their vision needs, but also their personality and style.
