We’re looking for an experienced Optical Assistant or Optical Dispenser to join our team across our Forest Hill, East Burwood and Balwyn practices. If you enjoy combining patient care, eyewear styling and strong customer relationships within a supportive independent environment, this could be the role you’ve been looking for.

What the Role Looks Like

You’ll be involved in:

• Optical dispensing and frame styling
• Personalised lens recommendations
• Reception and appointment coordination
• Supporting patients throughout their eyewear journey
• Working collaboratively with the Optometrists and wider team

About You

You’ll bring:

• Previous optical dispensing or optical assistant experience
• Knowledge of lenses and frames
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A warm, caring and approachable nature
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
