We're looking for a personable Retail Optical Assistant who can provide exceptional customer experiences while helping clients find their perfect eyewear. Our independent practice values genuine connections and quality service above all.

About You:

• You have a natural ability to connect with people and understand their needs
• Your retail experience has taught you the value of authentic customer service
• You have an eye for style and enjoy providing fashion advice
• You're skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently
• You take initiative and enjoy starting conversations with new people

Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers in selecting frames that complement their style and needs
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere in our practice
• Managing administrative tasks including appointment scheduling when needed

• No optical experience necessary - we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
