The Unicorn We're Seeking

We're looking for someone extraordinary who:

• Is caring by nature with an infectious energy
• Has a passion for learning new skills and taking on challenges
• Loves interacting with people and providing stellar customer service
• Can retain information and has a knack for sales or retail
• Is motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to dive into the world of optical dispensing

Note: While optical qualifications would be ideal, they're not essential. We value strong sales or retail experience, and we're committed to training the right person in the technical aspects of the job.

What You'll Do

As our optical dispensing superstar, you'll:

• Be the friendly face of our practice
• Help customers find the perfect frames to match their personality and needs
• Provide top-notch customer service
• Support various business activities with a can-do attitude

Benefits

• Work-life balance: No weekends or late nights!
• Full-time position: 38 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5pm
  • Friday: 8:30am - 4pm
• Opportunity to complete a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing
