Receptionist/Optical Assistant - Collin & Kirk Optometrists
Part-time: Monday to Wednesday | Rosanna, VIC

Collin & Kirk Rosanna are looking for an enthusiastic and patient focused Optical Receptionist/Assistant to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and enquiries.
• Assist patients in choosing frames and lenses that suit their prescription, lifestyle, and sense of style.
• Maintain accurate records, billing, and invoicing.
• Provide support with ordering, stock control, and product knowledge.
• Deliver follow up services such as frame adjustments and minor repairs.

About you:

• Previous optical or reception experience preferred, but not essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A friendly, compassionate manner with patients.
• An interest in fashion and eyewear trends.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
