20/20 Eyewear is a locally owned, full-scope optometry practice that has served the Burpengary community for over 20 years. Led by owners and optometrists Claire and Ben Park, the practice is known for personalised care, clinical excellence, and long-standing patient relationships.

We are seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our friendly, established team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role supporting both our optometrists and patients in a busy, well-run practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Dispensing frames and lenses and confidently interpreting prescriptions
• Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
• Supporting pre-testing and diagnostic procedures
• Reception and general administrative duties
• Stock management, ordering and invoicing
• Working independently and collaboratively within a small team

About You

You’ll bring prior optical experience and a professional, patient-focused approach.

You will have:

• Previous experience in optical dispensing
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Confidence working in a fast-paced practice environment
• Reliability, honesty, and flexibility with hours
