City Optics Penrith is seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our well-established, community-focused practice in a full-time position.

About the Role

This is a hands-on dispensing role where experience matters. You’ll be involved in the full patient journey outside the testing room and play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, without the pressure of sales targets or KPIs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full-scope optical dispensing

• Guiding patients through frame and lens selection with confidence

• Delivering genuine, patient-first service

• Supporting day-to-day practice operations

• Assisting junior team members when needed

• Helping maintain a calm, organised, and welcoming environment
