Bright Eyes Optics is an independent optometry practice in Mona Vale seeking a reliable and personable Sales Assistant / Optical Dispenser to join our team.

The Role

A varied front-of-house position combining sales, dispensing support, and reception.

Key duties include:

• Reception and administrative support, including appointment bookings
• Confident handling of phone and in-person enquiries
• Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
• Processing sales and payments
• Maintaining a welcoming and organised practice environment

About You

• Customer service or retail experience (optical experience advantageous)
• Clear, confident communication and professional phone manner
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• A genuine interest in eyewear and a flair for fashion
• Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in a small team
