About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our small and supportive team. While optical experience is preferred, we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional face-to-face service and helping customers find the right eye care solutions
• Managing appointment bookings and ensuring smooth patient flow through the practice
• Assisting with frame selections and discussing the latest lens technologies
• Supporting day-to-day operations and helping create a friendly, welcoming environment
• Conduct pretesting to assist the optometrist in delivering comprehensive eye exams

About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

• A passion for providing top-notch customer service
• A strong background in retail or sales, with a proactive and positive attitude
• Self-driven and eager to learn new skills
• Optical dispensing qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
• An interest in eyewear fashion and willingness to stay updated on new trends
• Be willing to attend training and development opportunities as part of your ongoing growth and contribution to the practice and personal development.
