About the Role

This is a part-time position working Monday to Thursday, with a minimum of 23 hours per week. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for our patients, from the moment they walk through the door.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Frame selection, adjustments, and minor repairs
• Supporting patients with eyewear choices and lens solutions
• Front desk reception and administrative tasks
• Providing warm, professional patient service throughout the practice

Skills & Experience

• Previous optical dispensing experience is highly desirable
• Retail or customer-facing experience, ideally within healthcare
• Strong face-to-face communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Confidence with computers and the ability to learn new systems
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
