About the Role
We are currently seeking two casual team members to join our front-of-house and dispensing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working closely with others, and genuinely loves helping people.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Assisting patients with frame selection and styling
• Administrative duties including booking appointments and handling payments
• Supporting the team as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Optics an advantage
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work flexibly across weekdays and Saturdays
• Comfortable with change and open to learning new systems and processes
• Team player with a positive attitude and great attention to detail
