Join Eyes2Learn Optometrists in Charlestown, a leading Behavioral optometry practice catering to children and adults with visual function and processing dysfunctions.

About the Position:

Work 2 days a week, Thursday and Friday from 9-5pm.

• Provide excellent patient care and retail assistance
• Assist with practice administrative and reception tasks
• Manage HICAP, EFTPOS, and Medicare claims
• Support optical dispenser with frame and lens selection, measurements, and orders
• Troubleshoot spectacles, conduct repairs, and manage warranties

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 12 months optical or retail experience
• Ability to assist customers in selecting suitable optical frames
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Friendly demeanor, particularly with children
