The Role

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team, spending most of your time face‑to‑face with patients. 

Your day will include:

• Guiding patients through frame styling and lens choices
• Delivering a warm, personalised dispensing experience
• Performing fittings, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Supporting appointments, phone enquiries, and general coordination
• Helping maintain a smooth, welcoming practice environment

There’s admin here and there, but this isn’t a desk job. If you thrive on connection and pace, you’ll enjoy the rhythm of this role.

• Confidence communicating with all kinds of people

Training is available for the right person. The right attitude matters.

The Details

• Part‑time
• Tuesday to Friday
• $27–$35 per hour, depending on experience
• Supportive team with hands‑on learning and development
