What You'll Bring to the Team
You’ll be a natural communicator who thrives in a customer-facing environment. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid retail and customer service experience (a must!)

• Ideally has experience in optical – but if not, we’re happy to train the right person

• Can communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence

• Is comfortable navigating software systems for booking appointments, managing stock, and more
