Focused Care Optometry is opening in Carina this May/June, and we’re looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser to join us in delivering personalised, family-friendly eye care with a strong focus on children’s vision. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a practice where patient care truly comes first — no pressure selling, no weekends, just honest service and genuine connection.

What we’re about:

• Full-scope optometry with a special focus on paediatrics

• Building long-term relationships with our patients and their families

• Prioritising care, not upselling

• Supporting style, creativity, and individuality in frame selection

• Fostering a warm, inclusive environment where kids (and parents) feel at ease

What you'll bring:

• Experience as an optical dispenser

• Confidence working with children (a Blue Card application will be provided)

• A friendly, professional approach with a strong patient-first mindset

• Initiative, flair, and an eye for style — we want you to be hands-on with frame curation

• Familiarity with Optomate is a plus
