We’re looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in the details, and has an eye for both styling and service.

What the Role Looks Like

You’ll work closely with our Optometrists and team across dispensing, patient care, and the day-to-day flow of the practice.

Your role will include:

• Frame styling and lens recommendations tailored to patient needs
• Optical dispensing, adjustments and repairs
• Supporting pre-testing and patient care
• Assisting with contact lens teaching and dry eye treatments
• Maintaining accurate patient records and appointment flow
• Merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the practice
• Contributing ideas for social media and practice visibility

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being out on the floor with patients rather than sitting behind a desk all day.

About You

You’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in optical dispensing
• Enjoys delivering genuine, patient-focused service
• Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Takes pride in presentation and appreciates premium eyewear
• Works well within a small, collaborative team environment
• Brings initiative, warmth, and a calm approach to busy days

Experience with contact lenses, dry eye services, or social media is welcomed, but not essential.
