About the Role This is a full-scope clinical role within a supportive and experienced team, working with a diverse patient base and a broad range of presentations. You’ll be part of a genuinely collaborative environment - the kind where people step in without being asked and the day runs smoothly because of it. Clinical Environment This is a practice set up to support considered, clinical decision-making, not rushed volume. You’ll have access to: - OCT and fundus imaging for confident posterior eye assessment
- Humphrey Visual Field Analyser (HFA) for glaucoma and neurological workups
- IPL and Blephasteam as part of a growing and well-supported dry eye clinic
There is strong patient demand in dry eye, with systems already in place - giving you the opportunity to build real capability in this space, rather than just occasional exposure. Skills & Experience - Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (not suitable for new graduates)
- Relevant Optometry qualification (AU/NZ or equivalent)
- Therapeutic endorsement
- Current OA membership and professional indemnity insurance (or equivalent)
