Your Role

✅ Deliver exceptional customer service, helping patients find the perfect eyewear
✅ Assist with pre-testing (not essential – full training provided!)
✅ Process health fund claims and manage transactions
✅ Work as part of a dynamic team to achieve practice goals
✅ Embrace technology, learning new systems and industry practices
