Optometrist – Part-Time (1 Day Per Week) – Optical World

Are you an experienced optometrist looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in a well-equipped independent practice? Optical World is seeking a skilled and motivated optometrist to join our team for one weekday per week (day negotiable).

About the Role:

• 1 weekday per week – flexible on which day.
• Work at either our Elsternwick or Ashburton location based on practice needs.
• General optometry with a strong focus on patient care.
• Opportunity to utilise advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Contribute to practice growth through patient care excellence.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in optometry.
• Proficiency in Optomate is essential.
• Ability to engage in practice promotion through social media.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate to be discussed.
