Position Details

• Schedule: 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
• • Rotating Saturdays (9 AM - 2 PM) and extra days to cover sick/annual leave
  • Flexible casual or part-time option available to suit your lifestyle.

• Experience: Retail or health related background preferred; optical experience is ideal, but we also welcome individuals looking to start a career in optics with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lens and frame selection & ordering

• Customer service and communication

• Appointment booking & triage

• Handling inquiries (phone and in person)

• Frame adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting

• Basic computer operations and money handling

• Light cleaning duties
