Join us at Windsor Optometry, where you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of optical dispensing, catering to a diverse clientele in our fashion-forward and health-focused practice .We will provide formal optical dispensing training and will sponsor a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing if you would like to take your profession to the highest level.

Your Role
As an Optical Assistant at Windsor Optometry, you will be the vital connection between our customers and our products. You’ll be at the forefront of fashion trends, learning how to expertly guide and assist patients through their eyewear journey. Your goal will be to help them maintain their most precious sense – their sight – while ensuring they feel comfortable and look fabulous.

Key Responsibilities
▪Provide excellent customer service and foster strong relationships with patients.
▪Assist with eyewear selection, offering expert advice on styles and trends.
▪Support optometrists in patient care and optical dispensing.
▪Provide administrative support and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

▪Participate in merchandising, ensuring the store is visually appealing.
▪Commit to long-term growth within the team.

What We're Looking For
▪Experience in an optical setting would be beneficial but not crucial.
▪Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
▪Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of trends.
▪Outgoing and friendly personality.
▪Quick learner with a proactive approach.
▪Full time position
▪Monday- Friday 8 30-5pm (6pm on Thursdays) (Some Saturdays in Dec)
