We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our optometrist-owned and operated practice in a part time position. This position offers the perfect opportunity for a skilled professional looking to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, with potential for an ongoing role.

Position Details

• Part-time position - ideally Wednesday to Friday, however can be flexible on days
• Opportunity for position to become permanent based on mutual agreement
• Competitive remuneration package (details to be discussed)

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience
• Current therapeutic endorsement
• Demonstrated expertise in orthokeratology and binocular vision
• Strong experience in paediatric optometry
• Excellent interpersonal skills with both children and pets (you'll be working alongside our lovely HR officer, Daisy Dog!)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye examinations and patient care
• Manage orthokeratology and binocular vision cases
• Participate in dispensing duties as needed
• Assist with dispensing and admin/reception roles at times
• Contribute to our collaborative team environment
