Skills and Attributes

To be successful in this role, you possess the following:

• Be able to greet patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
• Efficiently answer telephone calls and complete appointment booking maintenance
• Possess a keen interest in fashion and style
• Optical dispensing qualifications will be highly regarded, but not essential
• Ability to deliver exceptional patient service over the phone and face-to-face
• Have an affinity to work with younger patients
• Be willing to attend training courses when required
• Implement social media marketing strategies and initiatives, window displays and in store events

About the role

• A great work/life balance with no late nights or weekends
• 3 days per week, Monday – Friday
• Occasional relief may be required at our Bondi practice
