About the role

Our practice is growing...and we are seeking a team member who is enthusiastic, loves to learn and enjoys working within a friendly and professional team. This role is based 3-4 days in Echuca with 1-2 days in Kyabram (based on the rotational Saturday).

• Provide exceptional customer service to our patients
• Assist patient to find the right eyewear based on their needs, fashion and lifestyle
• Actively participate in day to day operations of the practice
• Benefit from in-house and external training to ensure success in this role
• Rotating Saturday roster - 9am - 12noon
• No late nights!

About You

• Exceptional customer service, communication & people skills
• Retail and sales experience
• Enthusiasm, energy and drive to deliver the best possible outcome for our patients
• Work well within a team or independently
• Flexibility
• Must be able to travel between the 2 practice locations

Optical experience is welcome but not necessary as training will be provided to the successful applicant.
