The Opportunity: 

As a Trainee Optical Dispenser you will be equipped with all the tools to assist patients through their eyewear journey. Working closely with our experienced optometrists to gain valuable hands-on experience in a clinical setting. This part-time position offers flexibility, with two days per week and some Saturday's when required.  

The Role: 

• Managing enquiries and bookings
• Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
• Supporting patients with frame selection and ordering
• Managing collections and adjustments
• Coordinating with the Optometrist
