This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to join our dedicated team as a Retail Assistant, while also offering administrative support.

 

ABOUT YOU

The successful person will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Well presented with excellent communication and listening skills
  • A collaborative team player with good work ethics
  • Organised, attention to detail
  • Motivated to learn and take on new challenges
  • Previous retail and customer service experience is a bonus but not essential as training will be provided

 ABOUT THE ROLE

Joining the team as a Retail assistant, you will enjoy working in a supportive and rewarding retail environment. 

 

You will be working 2 days a week – Wednesday and Saturday with the opportunity to work more days if required.

 

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer care
  • Retail customer service and sale of frames and lenses 
  • Providing reception support to book appointments, and general administrative tasks
  • Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
