This position is ideal for an experienced Optical Assistant/Dispenser:

• Enjoy a diverse role with direct customer contact
• Provide frame styling and lens advice to our customers
• General practice activities including bookings, administration and adjustments and repairs

Skills & Experience:

• Optical background preferred 
• Excellent customer service and sales experience
• Strong organisational, administrative and appointment book management skills
• Problem solving and sound judgement
• Good communication with the ability to build rapport with customers and the team
