Casey Optometrist is a modern, well-established practice proudly serving our community for nearly 10 years. Located in a vibrant shopping centre, we are known for delivering exceptional patient care and personalised eyewear solutions.

Our friendly and experienced team of optometrists and optical dispensers work collaboratively to create a welcoming environment where both patients and staff feel valued.

We are currently seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team in a part-time capacity.

Working days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Additional Saturdays will be required: 9:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a motivated and customer-focused Optical Dispenser who enjoys helping patients find the perfect eyewear solution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with frame styling and lens selection tailored to their lifestyle and visual needs

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience

• Managing reception duties including answering calls and booking appointments

• Performing spectacle adjustments, fittings and minor repairs

• Working collaboratively with optometrists and team members to achieve the best outcomes for patients

• Previous experience in optical dispensing
