The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Optical Dispenser/Assistant Manager to join our dedicated team. While dispensing is the prime focus of this role, you will also provide support with reception and administrative tasks as required. This dual role requires technical dispensing expertise and the ability to lead and support a high-performing team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our patients receive world-class service and customised eyecare solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised eyewear solutions.
• Offer expert guidance on individualised spectacle lens designs and contact lens options.
• Provide customised multiple eyecare solutions to suit individual patient lifestyles.
• Support team development, promote a positive work environment, and contribute to the practice’s commercial success.
• Assist with reception and administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Employment Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday (10am – 5:30pm) and Saturdays (10am – 3pm) - 35hrs a week.
• Start Date: December 2024.
• Remuneration: Competitive salary (to be discussed).
