About the Role

As an Optical Assistant / Dispenser, you will be responsible for:

• Patient Interaction & Customer Service – Assisting patients with frame selection and lens options while delivering an exceptional experience.

• Dispensing & Administration – Handling all aspects of optical dispensing, processing orders, and general receptionist duties.

• Autonomous Work – There will be days when you will be working independently, so confidence and self-motivation are key.

• Retail & Sales Support – Providing expert advice and assisting with product recommendations.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed professional with:

• Experience in optical dispensing (essential).

• A high level of motivation and a willingness to take on new challenges.

• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

• The ability to work independently on certain days without another team member.

• Flexibility to work alternating Saturdays (9 AM – 3 PM).

• A keen interest in providing an unforgettable patient experience.

• Social media experience (an advantage but not essential).
