We are looking for a Cert 4 Qualified Optical Dispenser to join our Team at The Focal Point Optometrist.   You will love seeking out the perfect optical solutions for our clients to help them look good and visually feel great.   

You must enjoy working with children, families and those with special needs.   

Skills/Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a bright, friendly demeanour.

• Exceptional patient service skills over the phone and face-to-face.

• Proficiency in managing appointment bookings and patient enquiries.
• Comprehensive product knowledge (frames, lenses, sunglasses, contact lenses, accessories).

• Sales skills for optical products (frames, lenses, sunglasses).

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs.

• Deliver exceptional patient service over the phone and face-to-face.

• Assist patients with frames and lens selections using up-to-date product knowledge.

• Manage social media accounts and create/maintain merchandising and creative displays.
• Support the Vision Therapy programs within the practice.
