About the Role:

We’re looking for an Optometrist with Therapeutic Endorsement to join us 3 days per week, including Saturday morning (no evenings).

Our practice prioritises quality over quantity, allowing longer consultations for thorough, personalised patient care—especially for complex cases.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in Behavioural Optometry, Myopia Control, Vision Therapy, and Glaucoma Management who values a patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and provide a range of optometric services
• Prescribe myopia control strategies and vision therapy programs
• Assist in glaucoma management and provide ongoing care and monitoring
• Assist the dispensing team.
• Work with patients who may have complex vision needs, with a focus on personalised care

Requirements:

• Therapeutic Endorsement (essential)
• Proven experience in Behavioural Optometry, Myopia Control, Vision Therapy and Glaucoma management
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Binocular workups for every pediatric patient is a must.   
• A commitment to ongoing professional development
