Eye Philosophy Doncaster is looking for a friendly and dedicated Optical Assistant/Dispenser to join our family-focused practice! We're passionate about providing holistic eyecare and pride ourselves on our unique and stylish frame selection.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin): Excellent communication skills are essential to serve our diverse clientele.

• Customer Service Excellence: A passion for helping people and providing a positive experience.

• Optical Experience: Ability to interpret optical prescriptions, assist with frame selection, and take accurate measurements.

• Team Player: A willingness to learn and contribute to our collaborative and supportive environment.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Optomate software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

• Assisting patients in selecting frames that suit their needs and style.

• Taking accurate measurements for proper frame fitting.

• Educating customers about our frame range, lens options, and general eye health.

• Providing support to our optometrists, including assisting with pre-testing and other tasks.

• General administrative duties and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
