At Karratha Eyecare, we’re on the lookout for a Business Support Officer to join our vibrant team, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. This is a full-time role, but we’re open to part-time or job share arrangements for the right candidate, provided coverage of business hours remains 9-5.

You’ll be part of a progressive and community focused practice that’s redefining high quality eyecare in the Pilbara.

About the Role
You’ll be the warm and welcoming face of our clinic - the first-person patients meet and the calm voice they hear on the phone. This is more than a job; it’s your chance to make a real difference in people’s lives (and keep things running like clockwork behind the scenes).

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting patients with a warm, professional touch
• Coordinating appointments and ensuring a smooth patient flow
• Managing patient records and processing Medicare billing
• Liaising with patients, practitioners, and healthcare partners
• Supporting our clinical team with essential admin tasks
• Championing confidentiality and creating a calm, friendly vibe

What We’re Looking For
We’re after a customer service champion who’s organised, personable, and genuinely passionate about helping people. Optical or medical experience? Great! But if you’ve got the attitude and willingness to learn, we’re more than happy to train you up.
