This is an exciting opportunity to join Holdfast Bay Optometry, an independent practice that prides itself on providing quality eyecare and eyewear solutions to the Glenelg community and beyond.

About You

You’re someone who thrives on creating great customer experiences and enjoys being part of a small, connected team.
You bring:

• Previous experience in an optical or retail setting

• Excellent communication and computer skills

• A genuine interest in style and helping patients choose the perfect frame

• Confidence to assist with social media posts and patient engagement

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning

The Role

You’ll be part of the full patient journey - from greeting clients and assisting with eyewear selection to supporting our optometrists and managing admin tasks.

Hours - Rotating Roster (23–26 hrs/week):

• Week 1 & 3: Monday 9-2 | Wednesday 9-5:30 | Friday 9-2 | Saturday 9-2

• Week 2: Monday-Friday 9-5:30 | Saturday 9-2

Flexibility to cover leave is appreciated.
