Eyes on Docklands is looking for a part-time Optical Dispenser / Assistant to join our independent, community-focused practice in the heart of Docklands.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our optometrist and patients to ensure a seamless experience - from welcoming them at reception to assisting with eyewear selection and providing quality dispensing advice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service at the front desk
• Managing bookings, phone enquiries, and general administration
• Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
• Supporting the optometrist and wider team in daily operations

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both professionalism and warmth to their work.
You’ll have:

• At least 5 years’ experience in the optical or broader health industry
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A friendly, adaptable approach and genuine care for patients
• Confidence in handling both dispensing and administrative duties
