About the Role

As our Optical Assistant/Dispenser, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every patient’s experience is smooth and enjoyable - from helping them choose their perfect frames to keeping the practice running efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with frame selection and lens choices
• Managing customer enquiries, appointments, and orders
• Supporting the dispensing process (training provided if new to optics)
• Handling sales transactions and maintaining retail displays
• Providing genuine, confident customer service at every touchpoint

This is a full-time position, with flexibility to work every second Saturday morning (9 am-12 pm).
