About the Role This is a retail-focused position perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, admin, and helping patients find frames they’ll feel great in. You don’t need prior optical experience - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You’ll be: - Greeting patients and creating a welcoming practice experience
- Assisting with frame selections and general retail sales
- Handling appointments, enquiries, and day-to-day admin
- Learning the basics of prescriptions, measurements, and optical processes
- Supporting the team wherever needed
What We’re Looking For - Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable using computers and picking up new systems
- Social media knowledge is a bonus (not essential)
