Perfect Look Optometrist is seeking an experienced Optical Assistant or Optical Dispenser who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and brings confidence to both patient care and retail.

About the Role

Depending on your experience, your role will include:

• Welcoming patients and delivering warm, genuine service
• Frame styling and tailored product recommendations
• Optical dispensing and support throughout the patient journey
• Sales, EFTPOS, and general front-of-house duties
• Working collaboratively with a small, supportive team

About You

You’ll be well suited if you:

• Have previous experience in optical or a similar patient-facing role
• Communicate confidently with a diverse range of patients
• Are comfortable with sales and customer conversations
• Have strong attention to detail and reliability
• Take a proactive, team-focused approach to your work

Vietnamese language skills would be highly valued to support our local community but are not essential.
