As a privately-owned practice, we offer behavioural optometry, neurological optometry, general optometry, and vision therapy.

In-depth eye examinations, life-altering outcomes, curiosity, helping patients with reading and learning difficulties, assisting patients who suffered head injuries, or supporting patients with neurological conditions - that’s what makes us show up every day.

About the role 

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive 60-minute eye exam consultations
• Manage complex behavioural and neurological vision cases
• Work closely with patients over extended treatment journeys
• Collaborate with the EyeSense team through regular case discussions
• Be supported in developing advanced behavioural and neuro-optometric skills
• Run vision therapy programs with your patients 1 day a week

About you

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as practicing optometrist
• Strong understanding of binocular vision
• Desire to always keep learning and deepening your expertise
• Genuine love to work with children - this is a must
• Interest in behavioural and neurological optometry - non-negotiable
• Enjoy problem-solving complex visual conditions
• Current Working With Children’s Check (or willing to get one)
