Looking for meaningful optometry without the burnout? Mansfield Optical is seeking an Optometrist to cover a 12 month parental leave position, working in a genuinely patient-first practice set in one of Victoria’s most liveable regional communities.
This is full-scope optometry with time to do the job properly - no rushed testing, no retail pressure, and no late nights.
About the Role
Full-scope optometry including therapeutics
Work closely with visiting Ophthalmologists
Tuesday and Wednesday (part-time or casual)
No weekends, no late nights
Closed between Christmas and New Year
Opportunity to work across two practice locations
About You
An experienced Optometrist (12+ months post-graduation preferred)
Passionate about patient-focused, community-based care
Comfortable working within a small, supportive team
