This practice is a well-established, community-focused practice known for personalised care and attention to detail. We’re looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team in a consistent, part-time role.

The Role

• Part-time:  27-30 hours per week
• Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday + Saturday
• Opportunity to pick up additional hours to cover annual leave and sick leave

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dispensing and fitting eyewear with accuracy and care
• Assisting patients in frame selection and lens options
• Taking precise measurements (PDs, heights, etc.)
• Adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Delivering a warm, professional patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Optical Dispensing is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail - you notice the small things others miss
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A team player with a reliable and flexible approach
• Willingness to learn and continue developing your skills
