ABOUT THE ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated experienced person to join our small dedicated team.  

Optical experience is preferred, however we are also willing to support an enthusiastic employee who has the right attitude and aptitude to learn new skills.

• Provide face-to-face service for our customers to meet their eyecare needs
• Management of appointment bookings and patient flow
• Provide WOW experiences for customers throughout their journey in practice and beyond

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

• Have superior customer service skills
• Strong retail background, with a passion for sales
• Be self-motivated and willing to learn
• Optical dispensing qualifications will be highly regarded
• Will be willing to keep up-to-date with product fashion trends
• Be willing to attend training courses when required
• Ideally you will have worked in a similar role
