We’re currently looking for a Qualified Optical Dispenser to join our Ringwood and Croydon practices. This opportunity would suit someone with at least 2 years of dispensing experience who enjoys building strong patient relationships, working with high-quality products, and being part of a supportive and professional team.

What the Role Looks Like

You’ll be involved in:

• Optical dispensing and tailored lens recommendations
• Providing frame styling and eyewear advice
• Creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice
• Working collaboratively with a close-knit team

About You

You’ll bring:

• Cert IV in Optical Dispensing
• At least 2 years of optical dispensing experience
• Previous independent practice experience highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Confidence using practice systems, with Optomate experience preferred
