ABOUT THE ROLE

• Greet patients in a friendly and bright manner, promptly attending to their needs
• Manage appoint bookings and follow-up
• Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
• Assisting frame selections and providing eyecare advice
• Maintain practice appearance and supplies
• 25-35 hours, flexible days, alternate Saturdays 8.30am – 12.30pm required
