Member Marketing Coordinator Keep our members informed, engaged and well supported across every channel. Location: Mulgrave, Victoria Team: Marketing Contract: 6-month, 0.8 FTE (flexibility on days and/or hours) Working Arrangement: Hybrid About the role We're looking for a Member Marketing Coordinator to support our member communications across every stage of the member journey. Working as part of our marketing team, you'll coordinate regular communications, create engaging content, manage digital member channels and provide responsive member support. This is a varied role that combines scheduled communications with day-to-day member enquiries, along with opportunities to contribute to campaigns, events and marketing projects. It's ideal for someone who enjoys staying organised, communicating with people and delivering a great member experience. What you'll do - Coordinate member communications, including the member newsletter and onboarding journeys.
- Manage and improve the Member Portal and member-facing web content.
- Write and edit engaging articles, member stories and other content.
- Build and maintain automated member journeys in Microsoft Dynamics CRM using segmentation and behavioural triggers.
- Provide professional member support across phone, live chat, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, conferences and member events.
- Contribute to creative content and broader marketing projects as required.
What you'll bring - Experience in marketing communications, membership or customer marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging member content.
- Experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform (Microsoft Dynamics highly regarded).
- Confidence working across digital platforms and content management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance recurring deadlines with
- project work.
- A member-first mindset with a proactive, collaborative approach.
Nice to have - Creative or visual content skills.
- Event coordination experience, including conferences, trade shows or member events.
- Experience briefing agencies or supporting B2C marketing campaigns.
- Case study or editorial writing experience.
